WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
We’re committed to using genuine leather for the exterior and cotton for the lining of our handbags. Each material is carefully chosen for its durability, quality, and timeless appeal, ensuring your piece retains the qualities you value and becomes more beautiful with every wear.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY HANDBAG?
Leather is a natural material and will evolve over time. When your handbag arrives, you may notice light creases or impressions. This is completely normal and often the result of natural variations in leather or movement during shipping. With use, the leather will naturally smooth.
To care for your handbag, we recommend storing it in its dust bag when not in use, and avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture. If cleaning is needed, gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU RELEASE NEW PIECES?
We believe in creating with intention and purpose. We do not adhere to mass production models or fast-fashion trend cycles. We’re proud to begin our journey with one carefully considered design: our Origin Bag, available in two timeless colours, Ink and Biscuit.
New styles are currently in development and will be released gradually, in small, limited drops. As our community grows, so will our collection, thoughtfully, intentionally, and always with you in mind.
WILL YOU RESTOCK SOLD-OUT STYLES?
We recommend signing up to our newsletter and following us on Instagram and TikTok @deardalija to stay updated on restocks and releases.
That said, we always listen to our community. If a style you love has sold out, please don’t hesitate to reach out and let us know. Your voice helps shape what comes next.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR DELIVERY?
Yes, for your security, we require a signature upon delivery. To track your parcel’s progress, simply use the tracking number provided once your order has been shipped.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM IF I USED A DISCOUNT CODE, VOUCHER, OR GIFT CARD?
Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards
- All sale, clearance, and promotional items
However, if you placed your order using a welcome code, discount code, or gift card, you may return your purchase as usual. Please note that refunds for orders made using a gift card will be issued back onto a gift card.

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
Sale, clearance, and promotional items are generally final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

I THINK I MADE AN ERROR WHEN PLACING MY ORDER. WHAT CAN I DO NOW?
If you entered the wrong address or details when placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your parcel is already with the courier, you will need to reach out to them directly to request any changes.
