Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 business days (excluding pre-order items). Please note that during promotional periods or times of high order volume, dispatch times may be longer. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. 

Changes to Delivery & Order Details

If you entered the wrong address or details when placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your parcel is already with the courier, you will need to reach out to them directly to request any changes.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for errors made during the ordering process, so we kindly ask you to double-check your details before placing your order.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to postal service disruptions.

Shipping costs for international orders will incur a $20 AUD flat rate fee. International orders are not currently eligible for free shipping.

Pre-Order Items

If an item is available for pre-order, this will be indicated on the product page with an estimated dispatch timeframe. If an item is purchased through a pre-order, the full payment is required upfront as with all orders. 

Orders placed containing pre-order items will be shipped based on the estimated dispatch date provided for the product. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together. If you wish to receive your in-stock item as soon as possible, we recommend placing separate orders.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to influence or predict the amount of these charges. 

If an order is returned to us due to refusal to pay these charges, any return shipping fees, handling fees, and a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend contacting your local customs office or using a duty calculation website, such as https://www.simplyduty.com, for further information on what duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply to your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in ensuring your parcels are packed securely and dispatched efficiently. However, once a parcel is in the hands of the courier, circumstances beyond our control may affect its delivery. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For security and peace of mind, all orders are shipped with signature on delivery required. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a card will be left with instructions for collection from your nearest post office.
