Refund policy
Returns
Full-priced items can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund (excluding postage), provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item has not been worn or damaged.
- The item is in its original condition with dust bag and tags attached.
- The item is not a gift card.
To initiate a return:
- Go to your account and click 'Orders.'
- Select the order you’d like to return and click 'Request Return.'
- Choose a reason for your return and provide any additional details in the note section.
After submission, our team will review your request. If approved, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Please include your Thank You card with the order number written on it so we can identify your return. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

We are not liable for any delays in processing returns or refunds caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or shipping carrier delays.
Exchanges and Store Credit
At this time, we do not offer exchanges or store credits. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards;
- All sale, clearance, and promotional items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@dalija.com.au so we can assist you.
Return Shipping & Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item, unless otherwise agreed. To ensure your return reaches us safely, we recommend using a trackable return service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost return shipments.
Please include your Thank you card with your return to help us identify your order and process your return efficiently.
Returned items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.
International Returns
For international returns, any customs fees or import duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Right to Refuse Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions listed above or if the item is returned damaged, worn, or not in its original condition. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If a return is deemed ineligible, we will notify you by email. You may then:
- Have the item shipped back to you at your expense, or
- Inform us that you are abandoning the item.
If we do not receive a response within 14 days of notification, the item will be considered abandoned and will become the property of DALIJA.
